Your Pineal Gland Will Help You Improve Your Health

Are Black people today as healthy as our ancestors of old? The answer is trivial because not only did we not keep records, human longevity records today are based on the life expectancy of Europeans, whom we know were not as healthy as Africans. We may not have lived much longer than Europeans but Anthropologists are now able to determine most of the illnesses that people died from using DNA. What they have found is that Africans primarily died from infections acquired from insects and animals while Europeans died from Bacterial Pandemics.

Most viral and Bacterial illnesses are now treatable with Medicines however, there are new deadly diseases that are mostly caused by our Diet and Lifestyle that governments and corporations refuse to warn people about because it will cause unhappiness in society and it will reduce profits. These are ailments such as Cancer, Heart Disease, Kidney Disease, Liver Disease, and Diabetes among others.

Did you know that your body has a natural immune system that can heal itself? All you have to do is help your immune system in a few key ways. One is by gaining knowledge about and reducing the use of things that are harmful to your health. The second way involves naturally improving your Brains’ ability to produce the healing hormone Melatonin. Melatonin is a neurotransmitter that acts within Cells to repair and improve their functionality. The result is that Cells will do a better job fighting disease and the harmful effects that other hormones may have on organ function.

We all know that the Universe is full of energy but what most people may not know is that there is an abstract energy receptor inside the Brain of all Humans and animals. That energy receptor is called the Pineal Gland. Europeans regard the Pineal Gland as useless gland that was made redundant by evolution. Why did they conclude that, you might ask? The reason they came to that conclusion is because their Pineal Gland is virtually nonfunctional. It is a conclusion born out of defective logic and understanding of the Spiritual essence of the universe.

The Pineal Gland in Europeans is defective due to Calcification caused by genetics and white noise radiation. Unfortunately, the Pineal Gland is also the primary producer of #Melatonin in the human body. Europeans have recently begun to change their views of the Pineal Gland due to their recent recognition of the importance of Melatonin in self-healing. In the meantime, as an alternative to natural Melatonin, they are making pills comprised of synthetic or harvested Melatonin from animals.

You as an African with a fully functioning Pineal Gland can avoid the pitfalls of dangerous diseases such as Cancer by helping your Pineal Gland to do its job. The first thing you need to do is to avoid substances that cause Pineal Gland Calcification. Simply do a little research of your own to find out what those substances are. The second thing is to avoid white Noise radiation in the form of Light when you sleep because the Pineal Gland produces Melatonin more efficiently in total darkness. Sleep at least 7 hours per night in total darkness. That means no TV, night lights, Clock lights, or Cell Phone lights.

Help your Pineal Gland to function properly in creating Melatonin and in a few months your health will begin to naturally improve. The long term effect will be longer life and improved physical and mental health.

@badassbitch Well said. This is why I advocate for Black Consciousness more than Black Liberation. We cannot escape the influence of the oppressor, its like saying we hate everything white but we still depend on the tools they have created such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc. Black Consciousness encourages Black people, no matter where in the world they live, to think about race first.

Church is another system that makes my blood boil because church has so much potential to uplift Black communities socially and financially. Instead, the Goodwill that is generated in church is wasted and dies as soon as people go out the door. People go to church to power their personal belief that a god is working in their favor. What they should be doing is seeking ways to help the people around them. If they all did this, the whole community would rise together.
