  Why Homosexuality Disturbs Me

Homosexuality is a lifestyle encompassing same sex sex and relationships. It also includes people who are physically and emotionally attracted to other people that are the same sex as they are. Traditionally, homosexuality has been ostracized and even criminalized in many countries across the globe. The #1 reason why homosexuality is frowned upon is because it is seen as sinful, unnatural, and most of all, the choice of an ungodly immoral mind. Most Black people who identify as being conscious and non-religious have also adopted the beliefs of religious people because they have no knowledge on the subject themselves. The HERU Interface of Black Consciousness does not endorse Homosexuality but not for the same reasons as other non-religious people. We do not endorse Homosexuality because we believe that Life has to be controlled.

The HERU Interface of Black Consciousness views Life as a single conscious entity. It is the collective awareness of all living organisms on Earth. Life learns and grows using mechanisms. In humans, Life’s primary mechanism is Desire, which is quenched using the Hormone Dopamine. Everything we do in life is to facilitate happiness. We engage in Sex to produce happiness but Life benefits through the reproduction that results. If sex was not pleasurable, would humans engage in it? If there was no desire to have children, how would advanced incarnations of Life, such as animals and humans, naturally replenish?

Reproduction is achieved through two mechanisms; sexual and asexual. Sexual reproduction involves the joining of reproductive tissue from two different sexes, male and female. Asexual reproduction involves one single living organism splitting in two to create two separate organisms, each one identical to the original. In both mechanisms the process is carried on perpetually. Two same sex individuals cannot reproduce therefore, Homosexuality is not a creation of Life but is the result of defective Human Biology. Yes, some people are born gay and do develop emotional attachments to other people of the same sex.

The HERU Interface of Black Consciousness does not discriminate against Gay people because we know that they had no choice in the way they were born. What we don’t like is the refusal of humanity to figure out why people are being born Gay, as well as Human Rights activists forcing us to accept the abnormalities Life is producing. We know that most genetic abnormalities are the result of ignorance or willful action. For instance; we know about the studies showing that the man-made chemical Bisphenol A used to make plastic bottles, is causing gender confusion in amphibious animals so why not us?

Human Rights is a two-edged Sword. On one hand, it is useful in combatting racism and inequities in society. On the other hand, Human Rights is being used to justify Bestiality, Pedophilia, Bi-Sexuality, and many more corrupt activities that have nothing to do with being Gay but develop from the uncontrolled Desires of humans. Human Rights activists do not know anything about Life. They believe that Life is a purposeful thing and that Gay people wouldn’t exist if some God hadn’t willed it to happen. Gay people are also no wiser but once they develop a certain level of comfort and acceptance within themselves, they too begin to believe that their lives are purposeful.

We do not wrong Gays for defending their existence but we still believe that Homosexuality is a corrupting force within society. Society itself is a fragile framework of emotionally insecure people. If a society is coalesced by ideology such as moral ethics, religion, and tradition then homosexuality will remain underground. If a society is cultureless and secular, all forms of corruption will thrive. This is because once humans become totally emotionally dependent on their Desires, Life will take them in any direction they want to go until death exhausts them.

The HERU Interface of Black Consciousness believes that Life cannot be left to chance, it must be controlled. However, the refusal of humanity to understand Life has resulted in ideology-based societies where people who are abnormal or different, get treated badly. Invariably, the whole society turns into a survival of the fittest competition. People begin to find emotional comfort all sorts of ways including by embracing the idea of same-sex relationships. Gay people who were once scared to come out of the closet are not only finding other Gay people and getting married, they are courting Heterosexual men and women into relationships now.

Some people might ask, “how is Love in any form a bad thing and who says Life has to remain gender binary”? In order to determine the answer to these important questions we must first determine what the purpose of creation is. To us, Life is the physical experience of a Spiritual omnipresence. The appearance that Life is developing an awareness runs contrary to our individual purpose, which is simply to experience physical reality. We can leave Life alone or we can direct it according to our Conscience. Our Conscience is telling us that corruption is not natural and Life is what we make it, therefore we must choose to control it.
